In October 2011, the Supplementary Declaration (IT14SD) form was introduced by the South African Revenue Service (“SARS”) as a method to increase the analysis of company’s income tax, Value-Added tax (“VAT”), Pay-As-You-Earn (“PAYE”) and Customs information to ensure that they receive what they are legally due.
